WebshopLogicKeymasterHi Olly,
This plugin does not consider the WordPress tags in the searches.
Lite version searches for similar titles and content. In Pro version you can use common categories, but not tags.Cheers,
PeterKeymasterHi Rob,

KeymasterHi Steve!
Sorry for the late answer, I missed your previous post.
I can see your site, and I cannot see any problem.
I tried some search on your Google Custom Search, and I always get appropriate results. I tried it with Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer, and everything was right. Here are some solution to the problem that you mentioned above:
https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/customsearch/pJl44MeAs4Q;context-place=forum/customsearchAccording to the forum posts, try to switch off any solution that you use for load scripts faster, or try to use another search engine.
We are going to do some improvements in the next version, to use API v2 instead of API v1.

WebshopLogicKeymasterThe code is generated by Google, so I do not know any solution to this issue.
Google insert their own placeholder as a trademark of Google Custom Search.
Maybe you can find a way on the net, how to do it.KeymasterHi,
You can find description with screenshots here:
https://webshoplogic.com/products/wordpress_plugins/wp-related-posts-and-products-pro-plugin/#tab-faqYou can find a concrete example and step by step description that explains how you can display related products on post pages. In this example product is a CPT. Posts and products can be can be replaced by any other post type, for example Custom Post Types.
(Find this part in the FAQ/Documentation: “For example, if you want to display related products on post pages, do the following: ……..”)Let us know if there’s any specific question we can assist you with, we are happy to help.

KeymasterHello,
The plugin generates a Page during activation. The title of this page is “Search Results”, and the content is the following shortcode:
[wp_google_search]The plugin uses this page for displaying search results.
Please check if this page exists.
If not, please deactivate the plugin and activate it again for generate the search result page again.Peter
KeymasterYou can define the sites in https://cse.google.com that you need to search.
Please check the „Setup / Basics / Site to search” section whether all of your sites are registered there.KeymasterGoogle CSE uses ‘q’ parameter, not ‘s’.
‘s’ parameter is used by the standard WordPress search function, which is independent of the Google search.
Are you sure, that Google search box is inserted on your site?
Use WP Google Search widget or use [wp_google_searchbox] shortcode to place search box on your site. -
