Hi jacques!
Thank you for using WRI.
We have several ideas to try:
You may need to save YARPP settings in Settings -> Related Posts (YARPP) menu, to refresh the settings. So please push “Save Changes” button on “Related Posts (YARPP)” options page even if you don’t change any YARPP option. This is often help to resolve such problems.
Similarity thresholds can also cause problems if they are not adjusted properly. Please go to Settings -> WP related Items menu and chose “Products Page” tab (if the problem is occurs on products page). Set low threshold value for every post in “Match threshold” column.
You can try to enter the value 1 as thresholds, and if you get related items, you can increase the value (if the value is too low, less relevant items will be displayed). So you can find the optimal threshold value. One more check: Please go to the edit page one of your product, and try to set some related posts and products manually. You can do this on Edit Product page, find “WRI Manual Relationships” metabox, and drop some items to the right side, then Update (save) your product. This way you should definitely get some related items displayed on this product page.
I hope we can help you, please let me know if you could solve the problem, or is it still there.
Best Regards,
Peter Rath

WebshopLogicKeymasterAs I read your letter more carefully, I realized you maybe do the settings above.
Our plugin does not control the number of displayed results per page, this is Google’s responsibility. So I hope using the settings described above you can set the desired number of results per page. If not, please let us know.Best Regards,

WebshopLogicKeymasterHi DeiGratia!
You can set the number of results per page in Google Custom Search admin site: https://www.google.com/cse
Please login, then chose your search engine, then go to Search features menu. Chose Advanced tab, open Websearch Restricts section and enter the results per page number into Result Size field. Default value is 10, if you leave empty.
I suppose you will find here 4, as I see 4 results per page on your site now.If you still have any question, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,

in reply to: [resolved] Product tab still shows even when connected to a category
KeymasterHi Dion!
Thank you for using our plugin, and for getting in touch.
Please ensure that “Use for all products” checkbox is switched OFF for every tab that you don’t want to display for all products.
You can do these on “Edit Product Tab Type” admin pages for all desired tab, e.g. on “Alpha”, “Beta”, … tabs (in “Product Tabs” -> “All Product Tab Type” menu). If you switch this checkbox off for a specific tab page, this tab will be shown only in case if the product and the tab page has at lease one common category, e.g bread product and Alpha tab are in the food category.
(At first look I think it is a bug, but we tested again the plugin, and we can not reproduce such problem. So if you find an earlier mail about this please disregard it.)
If the effect still exits, please let me know.
Best Regards,
Peter Rath
WebshopLogicKeymasterHi Grzegorz,
I can not reproduce unnecessary
<br/>tags, but I have experienced similar things earlier in case of normal posts in WordPress. Yes, we suppose this might have been caused by the standard wysiwyg editor of WordPress.
The unnecessary<br/>tag is not inserted directly by our plugin.Maybe we can make an option to turn off using of wysiwyg editor. Would you like this?
One more idea: You can try to add these lines to your functions.php file in your active theme’s directory to switch off automatic handling of paragraphs and line breaks in WP wysiwyg editor:
remove_filter( 'the_content', 'wpautop' );
remove_filter( 'the_excerpt', 'wpautop' );If you still have any question, or we can do anything about this topic do not hesitate to contact us.
