Hi Dan!
This is a strange problem, we have not experienced such problem yet.
Please check that is there any field on product edit page that is saved? For example, if you modify the title or the description of your product, is it saved properly?
So only the tab titles and tab contents are unsaved?
Please let us know the result of this test. What is your WordPress language?
When we get the requested information, we continue the problem-solving.
Thanks for your collaboration.

WebshoplogicKeymasterHi,
We are glad that you managed to solve these problems.
So, every issue is resolved now?Peter
KeymasterHi Robin!
I see the screenshots, but we do not know the reason of the problem.
Maybe the tab type items in your Trash (Prullenbak) folder cause the problem, however we have tested that tab types in trash folder are not displayed. Please see the 3 deleted items in trash, or try to empty the items in trash.
If you switch OFF the “Use for all products” checkbox on the edit page of a specific custom tab type, and use the “Product Categories” metabox on the same edit page for selecting some product categories for this tab type, then this specific tab type can be used only in case of products that belong to the specified product category.
Please let us know if you find out the reason of the problem, if you have found an error occurring in certain circumstances, we can fix it, if we can reproduce these circumstances.
Thanks,
Peter Rath
WebshopLogicKeymasterThe plugin create a “Search Results” page during the first activation.
If this page does not exist during searches, the “Sorry, no such page.” notification is displayed.
You can create the search result page manually with the following parameters:
Page title: Search Results (or whatever you want)
Permalink: search_gcse
Content: [wp_google_search](This page url will be http://yourdomain.com/search_gcse)
We will issue the following version soon (in 1-2 weeks), it will have a new feature, the search result page will be re created if it does not exist during plugin re-activation (deactivation->activation).
If you send us your email address to info@webshoplogic.com, we can send you this version via e-mail (v1.0.2 PRE), and you can try this new feature.
KeymasterHi David!
I am glad that everything is okay.
Thanks for your help, we will use this or similar fix in the following release soon.Cheers,
PeterKeymasterHi David!
Please let me know what was the solution. If you agree, we will make it available in the next version. Thank you for this help.

WebshopLogicKeymasterHello Borislav,
We have never experienced and other users have not notices this type of problem yet, so it is a unique problem. We try to find the reason of it, please do the followings:
Can you send us more information about your hosting support said?
-What outside resource try the plugin load and from where?
-It is sure that the cause of the problem is an unavailable outside resource? Your hosting provider find a server log item about it? Please send this server logs to us.
-Which version of the plugin do you use?It is strange that the problem occurs after 1 or 2 hours.
If you re-enable the plugin, the problem occurs again? Please also ensure, that there are not corrupt .htaccess file in your server, and there is enough free memory, and the memory limit is high enough to run the entyre system.
Please answer these questions, and try to do and check the things described above.
Let us know the results of them.
Thank you in advance.
Best Regards,
Peter Rath
WebshopLogicKeymasterHi David!
Please ensure that you created tab types in the “Product tabs” menu.
You can find more information about it here: http://webshoplogic.com/product/woocommerce-custom-tabs-pro-plugin/
(Documentation tab -> “How tab types can be defined?” section)We suppose if you create tab types, the problem will be solved.
If so, please let me know, and we will make an error handler for notify users if there is no tab type defined.

KeymasterHi Saulo,
Please go to “Settings -> WP Related Items (WRI)” menu, chose the third tab or following tabs, according to the page types on which you would like to change the list most display to thumbnail mode (e.g chose Posts Page tab). On this tab in the “List/Thumbnail” column choose Thumbnails in every row.
I do not now the reason of value duplication. This field type does not allow choosing a value more times, I can not reproduce this problem.
Could you send us more information about it? When did this behavior begin? Have you made some changes, or could be a specific reason of this?Best Regards,
Peter Rath
WebshopLogicKeymasterHi Stuart,
We have made a new feature in the new version.
You will find a new checkbox on the plugin’s settings page: “Disable sub category display”. (Settings -> WooCommerce custom Tabs menu)
If you set it on, the tabs assigned to a sub category will not be displayed, if the main category is not set for the product. Please set this checkbox on.You can download the new version in My Account menu of webshoplogic.com site:
Woocommerce Custom Tabs v1.0.10We hope this accomplishes your claim.

WebshopLogicKeymasterHi Svetoslav!
Please check if there are cyrillic characters in permalink field on “Edit Product Tab Type” page. You can find this page in “Product tabs” menu on the wp-admin area, and edit your defined tab types.
If you find cyrillic characters in the permalink field, please change it to normal ascii characters.
Unfortunately, if you set tab content previously to your products, you have to set it one more time in case of these tab types. Please let us know if this does not solve the problem.
Best Regards,
Peter Rath
WebshopLogicKeymasterHi Filippo!
YARPP plugin (it is the background of WP Related Post plugin) uses full text search.
According to YARPP support forum, the problem can be solved if you use MySQL database server and MyISAM table type for the post table. If you use InnoDB table type, “you can change your wp_posts table to MyISAM and you’ll be all set.”
http://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-used-table-type-doesnt-support-fulltext-indexesHere is a post, how can you do this:
http://www.plugish.com/2014/03/wordpress-doesnt-support-fulltext-indexes/
“This solution is made specifically for the InnoDB engine, if you’re getting this issue and you are trying to install a plugin, then the plugin may be built for the MyISAM engine, which means you will want to switch it. to do this, just do an ALTER TABLE query.ALTER TABLE wp_posts ENGINE = MYISAM;Then re-activate that plugin/theme and you’re good to go.”We hope this will solve your problem.
You may see YARPP forums about further information.
Best Regards,
Peter Rath
