in reply to: Tabs are giving a JQuery Error that is creating an Ah Snap! Page on Chrome
KeymasterYour templates are compatible with our plugin, but as far as I can see, there is an older version of the plugin on your site.
Please check your plugin version, and if you use an earlier version, than install the latest one (at this moment 1.0.22).
You can download the latest version from My Account menu in webshoplogic.com

KeymasterHi Sarah,
It may happen if a custom template id used on the site (usually contained by the theme), that is not compatible with the original WooCommerce tab template.
More technical detail:
This means the applied custom tab template does not contain .wc-tabs and .woocommerce-tabs classes (these two classes make it possible for a JavaScript to identify WooCommerce tabs on the site).I suppose both of these classes are missing on this site, and it causes this problem.
Please send us the URL of the site, and we will check it.
Thanks,
Peter Rath
WebshopLogicKeymasterHi Javier!
This plugin only register new tabs for WooCommerce, and does not change any styling setting, because the plugin does not responsible for styling.
If your theme works well, all tabs including the additional tabs have the same font.
If your theme change the fonts exclusively for specific tabs, that is a theme issue, because the theme does not support additional tabs.
Your theme developer can modify the theme to handle the design of all tabs (including additional tabs) consequently, or you or your site designer can apply some custom css styling to change the font on the other additional tabs.
I hope this information is helpful for you.

WebshopLogicKeymasterHello Nicholas,
Unfortunately it is not possible to remove those editor fields (they are not meta boxes, just simple editor fields). These are the main fields of this plugin.
Normally if anyone add a new product, he has to enter all the information of the product, thus he has to use these tab editor fields.Peter Rath
WebshopLogicKeymasterUnfortunately I do not understand what do you mean “is there a way i can not show those boxes.”
Please give us a more detailed explanation of this questions.KeymasterHi Nicholas,
You cannot enter php code into your wp content by entering it on the WP Admin area.
You can write php program files and use short codes to insert the content generated by your php program into your posts or pages, or custom tabs.Or you may use “IM Front End Form Extension for ACF” plugin in the WordPress plugin directory, that can create shortcodes for your ACF forms. (I have not used it yet)
The shortcodes can be entered into custom tab fields in WooCommerce Custom Tabs Pro plugin.
I hope this information is useful to solve this problem.

WebshopLogicKeymasterHi,
Thanks, I understand now that you wrote, but I can not see any search box above your menu on your site. I can see ot only on the attached screenshot.
I can see only one search box on the sidebar of your site, that seems right. As I remember, I saw the same at the last time.
So I do not understand under what circumstances does the problem occur? How do you add the searchbox to your site? Do you use a widget or a shortcode, and exactly where the widget or shortcode inserted in your site?
Peter
KeymasterHi,
Other users reported us that some other plugins remove additional WooCommerce tabs.
It is possible that there is a plugin conflict, or a bug in one of your other plugins that causes this problem.
You can deactivate all your plugins and test if the problem is disappeared.Regards,
PeterKeymasterHi!
This issue may be in connection with your theme or styling. I suppose that the css styling is not affect on the custom tabs.
Please give us the URL of your site to see it (the attached picture is not enough to see the cause of the problem).
Thanks,
Peter Rath
WebshopLogicKeymasterWe have tested the plugin in WP Multisite environment without any problem.
The plugin can be activated either per site basis or using network activate. Both activation works properly.
After the plugin activation the “Product Tabs” menu item appears, tab types can be created for every site, and tab content can be entered for the products on all sites.
Please delete your plugin directory on your server. Download the latest version from My Account menu of webshoplogic.com, and install it again. Maybe the Lite version is installed now on your site.
You should not activate the License, because you have an earlier variant of the plugin.I hope this will solve the problem.
KeymasterWe will see what is the problem with Pro setting in Settings Menu -> Woocommerce Custom Tabs and „Product Tabs“ menu in multisite environment. We will give you a feedback about it soon.
KeymasterHi,
We have not realized this kind of problem yet. The plugin works without problem for Variable products in our test environments.
The PRO version (that uses similar technology) also works for variable products, for example on this page:
http://webshoplogic.com/product/woocommerce-custom-tabs-pro-plugin/It may be a special problem on your site.
Can you send us your site URL to see the problem? Thanks,
Peter Rath
