Tab and content displaying differently than the other tabs

Hi, The plugin installed great and added the custom tab I needed (thanks!). However, for some reason the content does not display the same as the other tabs. Currently there is a box with the tabs at top, and when a tab is clicked, the content displays in that same white box.

However, when I click the new custom tab I added, the content does not display within the box and appears to just display on the page itself.

Could someone please help me with a solution to this? I would like to make the new tab content display within the box like the others

Hi!

This issue may be in connection with your theme or styling. I suppose that the css styling is not affect on the custom tabs.

Please give us the URL of your site to see it (the attached picture is not enough to see the cause of the problem).
