Sent: Wednesday, September 21, 2016 11:24 AMHi !
I send you this message because I cannot reply to my post here : http://webshoplogic.com/forums/topic/impossible-to-select-post-in-wri-manual-relationships/
I work on WordPress 4.6.1
Please find enclosed the screenshot of the javascript error .
Regards,KeymasterHi,
What WP version do you use? Another user also reported this problem, but in our test environments it does not appear.
Please press ctrl+shift+J in Chrome after you clicked on the “+” button, and check whether any JavaScript error is displayed (red text).
Thanks,
PeterKeymasterIt is very strange. This error can occur only if something wrong with the plugin settings, because this part of the plugin read the saved plugin settings, and found that it does not contain the “wri_used_posttypes” setting (the checkboxes that I mentioned above).
Please attache a screenshot about the General tab, the Post tab and Product tab of WP Related Items settings page, maybe this help to find the reason of it.
You can also try to reinstall (inactivate the plugin, then overwrite the files and activate it again), maybe something went wrong during installation.
Then please save again the plugin settings, so change something and save it.Thanks,
PeterKeymasterWe have not experienced this problem yet.
This problem may related to the previous. We have to solve that first, and then check if this still exists.KeymasterHi Denis!
Please check if at least one post type is set in “Post types used by WRI” field on General tab of WP Related Items (WRI) Settings page.
I suppose that there is not any selected post type, this may cause this problem.
Tanks,
PeterKeymasterDear Denis!
Thank you for your purchase.

WebshopLogicKeymasterHi Mark,
Sorry for the late answer, but unfortunately we miss this post.
If the problem still exists, can you give us the url of your site to see the problem?
Thanks,
PeterKeymasterHi,
This plugin register the new WooCommerce product tabs but not responsible for the design.
You can use any theme that is designed for WooCommerce, the new tabs will have the same styling then the original WooCommerce tabs.
Or you or your site designer can apply any custom CSS. You have a lot of possibilities to set custom CSS, for example you can use “Custom CSS Manager” plugin.I hope this answer is helpful for you.
Peter Rath,
WebshopLogicKeymasterHi,
In “Related Types” tab of Settings / WP Related Items (WRI) menu, you will find sections for all of those post types for which you have set that would like to use in WRI.
You can set in these post type sections which categories should be used for that specific post type.
Usually one category is enough that is selected by you as a “common” category, and this selected category type can be selected for all of your post types.
This functionality is available in PRO version only.
