Hi Danie,
Thanks for the signal and the correction.
Finally, we made the last parameter optional as well:
public function __construct( $file, $product_id, $software_version, $plugin_or_theme, $api_url, $software_title = ”, $text_domain = ”, $plugin_basename = ” )It will be included in the next version.
Best Regards,

WebshopLogicKeymasterHi Eugene,
We tested the activation, it works properly on our test servers.
For some reason, your site is unable to connect to webshoplogic.com and unable to access license activation.
The problem with the internet connection or the firewall settings on your server may be causing this, please check them.
It may even be due to the security settings or versions on your server, e.g. due to the SSL or curl version, please update them, or ask your hosting provider to update them.I hope this solves the problem.

WebshopLogicKeymasterSorry for the late answer.
The plugin supports automatic similarity search if there is significant similarity in the content or the categorization, and the settings are correct.
For more information, see “What happened if related items don’t appear?” part in the FAQ:If the product is not suitable for you based on this, we will refund the amount.
KeymasterHi,
Sorry for the late answer.
We don’t have this problem, maybe there is a problem with your website, maybe a plugin or theme conflict. Please temporarily deactivate all your plugins and switch to a standard theme (e.g. Storefront theme by WooCommerce) and see if the problem is fixed.
Then switch back to your original theme and activate all the plugins one by one and see which one causes the problem again. This way you can find the cause of the collision.
If you find it, please let us know what caused the problem. Thanks,
Peter Rath
WebshopLogicKeymasterI haven’t had such a problem before.
Please send me a screenshot because I may not understand exactly what the problem is.KeymasterHello,
Sorry for the late answer.
Unfortunately, this is not supported by this plugin.
Related items can only be inserted at the beginning and end of posts or as widgets, anywhere your theme allows you to insert a widget. You may want to look for a plugin that allows you to insert a widget into an article and put the related items in that widget.

PeterKeymasterHi,
Manual relatioshops are stored as standard WordPress metadata in the database, in the original data tables of WP.

PeterKeymasterHi Yiannis,
Sorry for the late answer.
There is no such problem on our servers.
This may be a plugin conflict on your site.
Try deactivating the other plugins and try it out.Best Regards,
PeterKeymasterHi Michael,
Sorry for the late answer.
If the problem still persists, please download the latest version of the plugin from the My Account menu and Downloads submenu on webshoplogic.com and upload it to your site manually.
Then deactivate the plugin and activate it again (not the license, but the plug-in).
Then please deactivate the license and activate it again (this time the license, not the plugin).
You can find all the information you need to activate the license by clicking the License Keys link in the My Account menu on webshoplogic.com. You can use the license key you originally received or the new “Master API Key”, which can be found in My Account page.
Please also check the “cURL version” in the WooCommerce / Status menu.
Thanks,
Peter Rath
WebshopLogicKeymasterHi,
I can see that product thumbnails are now appearing in the Widget on your site. Is the problem already solved? If not, I don’t understand what the problem is, please provide more information.
Thanks,
PeterKeymasterHi,

Then please deactivate the license and activate it again (this time the license, not the plugin).
This reactivation usually helps, please try it first.
However, I see that the error message indicates some connection problem. It is possible that the hosting provider restricts WordPress from making external calls, using special configuration or old versions (e.g. SSL, cURL). If the problem persists, ask your hosting provider why your WP site cannot make an external API call over a secure channel.Peter Rath
WebshopLogicKeymasterUnfortunately, I don’t know WPBakery Page Builder.
The WooCommerce Custom Tabs plugin editor fields are built from standard WordPress editors. These editors can be modified by other plugins. If WPBakery Page Builder modifies all WordPress editors generally, the Custom Tab editor fields also change. So it’s up to Page Builder to see how generally they integrate with WordPress and other plugins that use generic WordPress elements.
If you see that the custom tab editor fields have not been modified, then presumably the editor fields are not modified in general by WPBakery Page Builder.Or, alternatively, if you can use WPBakery Page Builder to create small contents with it’s own editor that they can be inserted anywhere, so you can insert these contents into the tabs. (for example Elementor Page Builder can do it, using small templates.)
KeymasterHi,
If the plugin is activated, the widget must be there in the widget list. There is no other thing to do.

WebshopLogicKeymasterHi,
Sorry for the late answer.
Please make sure you have the latest version installed (now it is v1.0.30).
There was something wrong with the previous lincense activation. You can delete this at any time in the “License Keys” section of the “My Account” menu on webshoplogic.com site.
We have now deleted your previous license activation. If the latest version is installed, please try to activate the license again. Thanks,
Peter RathKeymasterHi,
If the plugin has lost license activation, you can recover it by following these steps:
Please download the latest version of the plugin from the My Account menu and Downloads submenu on webshoplogic.com and upload it to your site manually.
I hope this will solve the problem.
