I can not activate my purchased version with the key and the mail address.
The error message is:
invalid requestKeymasterWe already responded by email when you asked it, but we post the answer here as well now.
Please deactivate the plugin, and activate it again (not the license but the plugin itself in the plugins menu in WordPress admin).
Then please try to activate the license again.If this does not solve the problem, we need more information: Please set the „Show License Activation Detailed Technical Information” checkbox in Settings / WooCommerce Custom Tabs menu.
After this, try activating the license again.
Right after the activation, you will find an „Activation technical information” section at the bottom of the activation page. Please copy the displayed information into an e-mail and send it to us.Thanks is advance.
ParticipantI know this is an old ticket, but I am experiencing this issue too. I have tried the prescribed fix above with no luck. Here is the Activation Response I am getting.</p><br />

We can’t find your order for this name. Please email us the order number or email address or username you used to place your order so we can we can see if there was any technical problem with the license key.

I moved my web host and as a result had to reinstall some plugins including Woocommerce Custom Tabs Pro.
It seems to be working OK, but I am getting prompted to activate the License Key.
When I do that I get the message “Cannot activate API Key. No API resources available.”
Can you help?

Sorry for the late answer.
Please make sure you have the latest version installed (now it is v1.0.30).
There was something wrong with the previous lincense activation. You can delete this at any time in the “License Keys” section of the “My Account” menu on webshoplogic.com site.
We have now deleted your previous license activation. If the latest version is installed, please try to activate the license again.Thanks,
