Custom tabs no longer editable in edit screens?

Hi, i’ve sent several emails but no reply, so thought i’d try here. I’d really like this sorted please thank you!

I have the Custom Tabs plugin on my website, Version 1.0.7 PRO, i’ve had it for many years. In August it was misbehaving and I got emails from WordPress telling me it was causing errors. It was a bit too techy for me to do so I got these guys who do my web hosting to do it. They restored a previous version of the plugin which stopped the errors, and it looks good from the website end, but in my product edit screens there are no longer text boxes for the tabs, only the boxes for their titles. I have attached a screenshot of the edit screen view.

I have muddled through without being able to edit those tabs since August, but I would really like to be able to use them! i make skincare so i have things like Ingredients in the tabs that need editing if formulas change. I’ve just been creating new product pages instead, and not being able to use the tabs in the new pages either!

Please help me! How I can get the editable text boxes back in my edit screens?! Thank you for any help!

Hi,

Sorry for the late answer.
We don’t have this problem, maybe there is a problem with your website, maybe a plugin or theme conflict.

Please temporarily deactivate all your plugins and switch to a standard theme (e.g. Storefront theme by WooCommerce) and see if the problem is fixed.
Then switch back to your original theme and activate all the plugins one by one and see which one causes the problem again. This way you can find the cause of the collision.
If you find it, please let us know what caused the problem.
