    After update my wp Related Items Pro was deactiveted. But in my account its was activated … I did delete in accrount and try again witz the api key and product id – but it don’t works…

    Hi,

    If the plugin has lost license activation, you can recover it by following these steps:

    Please download the latest version of the plugin from the My Account menu and Downloads submenu on webshoplogic.com and upload it to your site manually.

    Then deactivate the plugin and activate it again (not the license, but the plug-in).

    Then please deactivate the license and activate it again (this time the license, not the plugin).

    You can find all the information you need to activate the license by clicking the License Keys link in the My Account menu on webshoplogic.com. You can use the license key you originally received or the new “Master API Key”, which can be found in My Account page.

    I hope this will solve the problem.
