Please download the latest version of the plugin from the My Account menu and Downloads submenu on webshoplogic.com and upload it to your site manually.
Then deactivate the plugin and activate it again (not the license, but the plug-in).
Then please deactivate the license and activate it again (this time the license, not the plugin).
This reactivation usually helps, please try it first.
However, I see that the error message indicates some connection problem. It is possible that the hosting provider restricts WordPress from making external calls, using special configuration or old versions (e.g. SSL, cURL). If the problem persists, ask your hosting provider why your WP site cannot make an external API call over a secure channel.
