Cant assign TAB to product (sub) category

Hi- Im having a an issue with the plugin. I have, say, product categories:

FOOD
–BREAD
–CARROTS

The PRODUCTS are assigned to either FOOD and BREAD, or FOOD and CARROTS categories. The CUSTOM TABS are checked for only BREAD or CARROTS. Different tabs for different the two categories. However, both tabs show on all products in category FOOD.

I confirm that “Use for All Products” is off on both custom tabs.

What I need is for a particular tab to show only on BREAD or CARROTS, not in all products in category FOOD.

Hi Stuart,

We have made a new feature in the new version.

You will find a new checkbox on the plugin’s settings page: “Disable sub category display”. (Settings -> WooCommerce custom Tabs menu)
If you set it on, the tabs assigned to a sub category will not be displayed, if the main category is not set for the product. Please set this checkbox on.
