Keymaster
Hi,
I saw that version, when the plugin is inactive.
Please activate the plugin, to see the “0 px” size form problem. Thanks,
PeterKeymasterHi,
One more thing.
You wrote that before installing this plugin, this behavior was not occurred.Have you tried it on a standard WooCommerce tab (e. g. Description tab) before installing our plugin?
If not, please inactivate our plugin, and insert this form to the standard Description tab of WooCommerce, whether the problem occurs without our plugin or not. Please send a screenshot about it.
Please also send the URL of your site where the original problem can be seen (according to our previous post).
Thanks in advance.

WebshopLogicKeymasterHi,
This seems to be some kind of css conflict.
Which plugin do you use to include this form into the tab?We have to see this page and it’s html source and css to examine this problem.
Can you send us a URL where we can see this page? Thanks,
PeterKeymasterHi Marta!
We would like to solve the problem, but do not understand exactly what the problem is.
What does it mean: “We have included a form input Product Tabs but leave us size 0px.”?Which form do you include? What size is 0 px?
What does it mean: “This does not happen but your plugin installed.”?
Can you send us more exact description or an URL or screenshot, where the problem can be seen?
Thanks in advance! I hope after clarification of the problem we can solve it.

WebshopLogicKeymasterHi Daniel!
We do not realize this kind of problems.
Please give us your site URL, where we can see this behavior. Thanks,
PeterKeymasterHi,
Thank you for let us know this behavior.
The cause of the problem was that the anchor links are handled differently by the browsers depending on if the links are on the same page than the anchor. (If a link is on the same page than the anchor, then the page is not reloaded.)
So different solution is needed for this two cases.
We have implement this, in v1.0.14 version. It is available under MY ACCOUNT menu in webshoplogic.comPlease let us know if you need some more refinement to make the perfect solution.
Peter
KeymasterHi,
In WooCommerce Custom Tabs v1.0.13 this function is available from now, you can download this version from “MY ACCOUNT” menu in webshoplogic.com.
What is the format of the anchor links?
The format of the link to a product tab:
http://mysite.com/product/my-product/#tab-my-content
or
http://mysite.com/product/my-product/#tab-my-content&noscrollBoth format select the appropriate tab. If you are using &noscroll option (or other parameter after the anchor), the top of the page will be displayed, otherwise the browser will scroll down to the anchor (if there is nothing after the anchor).
How do you know the name of the anchor?
WooCommerce standard anchor names should be use in the end of the URL. The browser display them on the bottom, if you move the mouse over the appropriate tab. You should apply the part of the URL after the # mark. (e.g. #tab-my-content or #tab-faq)Two live examples:
http://webshoplogic.com/product/woocommerce-custom-tabs-pro-plugin/#tab-faq
http://webshoplogic.com/product/woocommerce-custom-tabs-pro-plugin/#tab-faq&noscrollWe hope this is a useful function.

KeymasterHi Paul and Alessio!
I could not find any solution on the web, but we will build this function in our WooCommerce Custom Tabs plugin.
It will be available in some days, we will let you know when the new version is ready.

KeymasterHi Bartek,
We managed to solve the problem.
You can download the new v1.0.12 version.Thank you for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
Best Regards,
PeterKeymasterHi Bartek,
Thank you for the html source code, we got it today.
I have tried in several environment using the same tab type names and settings that we can see in the html file, that works perfectly, so we have no idea what is the exact problem. We have found several posts about similar WordPress metadata saving problem, where the reason was a plugin collusion.
We have the following possibilities:
-Try to deactivate other plugins, to find out if there are plugin collusion or not (it would be great to found the problem this way).
-Give as access to your system, thus we can see the problem in greater detail. Please let us know what is your choice.

(There is one more thread about a very similar problem:
http://webshoplogic.com/forums/topic/cant-get-any-version-to-work-reliably/)KeymasterIt is a WordPress related performance problem in category (taxonomy) search.
We use a workaround in v1.0.11, it is fixed the error 500 problem on July 31, 2014.More details:
Hello Borislav,

Unfortunately we have not got any email from you.
Please send it one more time. Our e-mail address is info@webshoplogic.com
(Or you can attach files here into this support forum, as the screenshots that you sent earlier.)Thanks,
PeterKeymasterHi Bartek,
I have not got the e-mail yet.
The html source of the product edit page is necessary to solve the problem. Thanks,
PeterKeymasterOne more question: If you save your product data on the product editor page, the “KOLORY tab content” field became empty?
KeymasterHi Bartek!
Please send us the html source of the product edit page inside wp-admin, so the html source of the first attached page. If you do not know how to do this, please let us know what browser do you use, and we will help you in it.
We have to see this html source to solve the problem. Thanks,
Peter -
