    Hi Nir!

    Thanks for the detailed information.
We will see this problem and find a solution.

I have one more question for clarification: which page do you enter custom tab name? On product edit page, or on Product Tab Type edit page (it is in “Product Tabs” menu)? Custom tab names can be entered both of them, that is why I ask it.

    Cheers,
    Peter

    Hi Jim!

I tried your site now, and Google search works well. Do you search for a specific keyword when the problem occurs?
I have never experienced this problem, but some users reported this problem earlier.

This is one of the case:
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/404-error-for-search-results-when-not-logged-in

We have found some topics about this problem, so this problem looks like independent from our plugin:

If you help us how we can reproduce and see this problem, we will examine it deeper.

    Hi

I do not know what is the exact algorithm of Google CSE admin function when record frequent searches. I could not find real explanation about it on the net. Maybe ask Google about it.

I tried to click on “Learn More” link beside “No queries were sufficiently popular to be listed.” on the page you attached, and find the following explanation there:

    “Popular Queries list empty
The most likely explanation is that no query was frequent enough to make it ‘popular.'”

It is a question what means “frequent enough” for Google?
I suppose you had only some query attempts, and it is less than that Google consider as popular query, so it is not displayed in the statistics.

Maybe Google Analytics give you more information about your site if your search field is not used frequently.

    Hi Tabrez,

Custom post tab content is stored in standard WordPress custom fields.
So every solution that support search in WordPress custom fields can solve this question.

We have tried some plugins which support meta field search, but according to our tests none of them found content accurately in custom meta fields. (E.g. Search Everything, WP Custom Fields Search, Relevanssi plugins).

There is some reliable WordPress plugin that add sophisticated search functionality to your WordPress site using Google, the better search engine in the world. This solution find everything on your site, including content of custom tabs. You can find more information here according to one of these plugins:
    http://webshoplogic.com/product/wp-google-search-wordpress-plugin/

We hope one of the plugins we recommend to extend WP built in search functionality to custom meta fields or WP Google Search plugin will solve this question.

I do not understand exactly what would you like, and what “listings” means, what kind of structure your theme gives you?
What does it mean, “which of your versions will help make these jobs lighter”? We have only one product for tab handling, so there is no option which help you more.

This plugin is a general purpose plugin, what displays information for products in tabs that you can type in and edit manually.
If you would like an automatic solution to handle specific data structure, then this plugin will not help you.

    Hi Enabler!

This plugin has not got mess functions to add, delete or edit tabs in batch mode, but the structure of category dependent tab types and the possibility to assign tab types to product categories enable you to define the appropriate settings at one time to a bunch of products (all products in the categories specified for the tab type). In this case you should specify set the default content (or content header or content footer) of tab types in “Product Tabs” menu. These content will be stored for the tab type ant not for the individual products, so if you modified or delete the content later, it will affect all products in the assigned categories. This method is useful when you would like the set the same content for a tab for all of the products in the defined product categories.

If you would like to set different contents for every single product, you can do this individually product by product, on the product edit page. These individual content can be changed individually, but if you delete the hole tab type, then the tabs will be disappears for all products.

You have the possibility to edit tab content individually for the products, in this case you can set different contents for every product. You can set it on the product edit page individually for each product.

    Hi Jersey,

This plugin is responsible for adding new tabs.
The layout is defined by your theme and css styles.

The default layout of WooCommerce tabs is horizontal, but your theme or actual css settings change it to vertical.
You can use another theme that do leave the layout vertical, or ask your site designer to apply custom css to change your existing them’s layout of WooCommerce tabs.

I hope this information help you to achieve the appropriate layout.

    Regards,
    Peter

    Hi Jonathan!

We do not understand exactly the problem.

What kind of search phrases do you record to your CSE account?
In CSE account you should record the URL of your site and some settings. Search phrases is given by the user of your site in the Google CSE search field.

What kind of info would you like to be recorded to your CSE account? In the Google CSE admin page you can make settings, but should not be recorded info automatically in Google CSE.

You can find more information here:
    http://webshoplogic.com/product/wp-google-search-wordpress-plugin/#tab-faq

Please send some screenshots about the problem, and maybe the URL of your site, because we can not identify the problem.

    Hi Lynda!

Your site or theme designer can apply the appropriate css styles to define the layout of Woocommerce product page. As you can see in our site, related items is displayed outside of description tab. (This layout is the default in case of most themes.)

Alternative solution: We have a beta version of the plugin in which you can set a WooCommerce specific display position in case of WooCommerce product pages. It can be done on “Product Page” tab of WP Related Items (WRI) Settings page. If you would like to try out this beta version please send an email to info@webshoplogic.com.

    Hi Jamie!

We and our other users have not experienced this kind of problem.

What do you mean you traced it to this plugin?

If you deactivate all of the plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Custom Tabs, the problem appears? And if you deactivate our plugin (so only WooCommerce remains active) then the problem disappears?

    Peter
