KeymasterHi Guy!
This should be work!
Is there a test site where I can see this issue on the back-end side? Thanks,
PeterKeymasterHi Peter!
Could you try that if you create a new test page in WordPress, and include the shot code of review plugin to this new page, the review content is displayed on the page?
If the content is displayed on this test page, than please try to insert the same review short code into the “Default content” field of the tab type.Is there a free review plugin that you have tried that I can use for testing this issue?
Thanks,

WebshopLogicKeymasterHi Guy!
Please go to Settings > YARPP menu, and check “Manual Relationships” field in “Relatedness Option” metabox. This field has to be “Consider” or “Consider with extra weight”.
I hope this will solve the problem.

KeymasterHi Pete,
Maybe you set the so called “Lite tab”.
Please check “Name of your tab” field on Settings > WooCommerce Custom Tabs menu. If you set “Review” here, then this is the reason. You can clear this field.
It is also possible that another plugin show this tab on your system.
I cannot find any other reason of it.Peter
KeymasterHi!
I do not know Reviewer plugin, but according to the attached screenshots you cannot set in Reviewer plugin settings page if you want to place reviews to a specific WooCommerce tabs. You can get more information about it from the Reviewer team.
If Reviewer plugin does not support selecting WooCommerce tabs by checkboxes, but supports short codes, then you can apply the appropriate Reviewer short code in WCCT plugin. Select “Product tabs” menu, then choose the tab type on which reviews should be displayed and type the appropriate Reviewer short code into the “Default Content” field.
(Product tabs post type is for creating Tab types, and not for creating content of tabs, so you should not select the “Product Tabs” checkbox in Reviewer plugin settings page.)
I hope this information is useful for you.

WebshopLogicKeymasterHi Paolo!
We have not designed this plugin for multilingual environment.
If WPML does not support multilingual options of a normal (not multilingual) plugin, then unfortunately you cannot set this.We are sorry that we could not solve this issue.

WebshopLogicKeymasterHi Troy,
At this moment there is no a direct was to make manual relationships between categories.
But you may make somehow a common taxonomy into which you can place all the products of both categories. This way you will have a common category, so the products will be related.
You can use a plugin for this reason like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-taxonomy-creator/ (I have never tried this plugin, but may be good for this reason.)I hope you can solve this problem using this or a similar solution.
Best Regards,
Peter Rath
WebshopLogicKeymasterHi Katharina,
We have not tested this plugin with WPML.
At this moment we cannot make the plugin compatible with WPML.Sorry for the inconvenience.

WebshopLogicKeymasterHi Jeff,
This code is generated by Google, not our plugin. This solution fits to most of the sites, but every site has custom design, that may change the look of Google CSE.
You or your site designer can easily change the look of GCSE on your site, by using some CSS.For example you can apply this:
.cse input.gsc-search-button, input.gsc-search-button { height: 40px !important; }I hope this information is helpful for you.

KeymasterHi,
Yes, this should be hidden. Please check the followings:
– if this tab content is absolutely empty in the product edit page, so is must not contain any space, tab or other not visible characters
– also check that Default Content, Content Header and Content Footer fields are absolutely empty on the “Accessories” tab type in the “Product Tabs” menu.A tab is hidden only if does not contain any character. It works for us without any problem.
I hope this is the cause of the problem.
Best Regards,
Peter Rath
WebshopLogicKeymasterHi Josef!
The content of custom tabs are stored in standard WordPress meta fields of the products.
I do not know which tool do you use to get the attached output result, but if it possible configure this tool to log custom meta field.
The key of tab content meta fields (meta_key) is equal to the slug name of the tab_type that you have created.I hope this information is help you.

WebshopLogicKeymasterHi Stephen!
We have not experienced this kind of slowdown.
We need more information to find the reason of the problem, please give us the following information:Can we see your site? What is the URL of it?
How many content do you have? We have a site that contains nearly 6000 blog posts and products, and this site has a normal speed without any problem.
Do you have more posts and other content than this?
What kind of post types do you have?Exactly what is slow? Front-end or back-end pages or both? Only those pages on which related contents are displayed or other pages too?
YARPP is the background engine of this plugin. If you deactivate WRI, and use YARPP only to offer related content, does the problem still occur?
Please try if there is a plugin collusion. If you deactivate all plugins but WRI and YARPP, and set a well known theme (e.g. Twenty Fifteen), the problem still occurs?
You can also answer to info@webshoplogic.com, if the asked information is not public.
