Hi
I have installed the plugin so that I can display an extra tab with reviews from the Reviewer plugin. In the Reviewer template configuration box I select the WCCT box but nothing shows. If I select the products as well or alone it will show but also shows in the product description tab too. This is the option selection in Reviewer http://prntscr.com/acaajl this is showing correctly in the reviews tab http://prntscr.com/aca9w9 and wrongly as well in the description tab http://prntscr.com/acabgr.
So it seems that the tab is not picking up the setting correctly from Reviewer.
Thanks
Pete
KeymasterHi!
I do not know Reviewer plugin, but according to the attached screenshots you cannot set in Reviewer plugin settings page if you want to place reviews to a specific WooCommerce tabs. You can get more information about it from the Reviewer team.
If Reviewer plugin does not support selecting WooCommerce tabs by checkboxes, but supports short codes, then you can apply the appropriate Reviewer short code in WCCT plugin. Select “Product tabs” menu, then choose the tab type on which reviews should be displayed and type the appropriate Reviewer short code into the “Default Content” field.
(Product tabs post type is for creating Tab types, and not for creating content of tabs, so you should not select the “Product Tabs” checkbox in Reviewer plugin settings page.)
I hope this information is useful for you.

WebshopLogicParticipantHi Peter
Thanks for your reply. I had already populated the Product Tab exactly as you suggest and if I selected nothing in the Reviewer template then the default content doesn’t show. http://prntscr.com/ad0csm
That is the issue!
Thanks

ParticipantHi Peter
There is definitely something amiss here. I tried 2 more review plugins and neither of them worked with the WCCT plugin active ie I get a blank space instead of reviews. The last one I tried was Yth which works fine with the default WC reviews tab http://prntscr.com/ad5k28 but as soon as I activate WCCT this tab goes blank.
Thanks

KeymasterHi Peter!
Could you try that if you create a new test page in WordPress, and include the shot code of review plugin to this new page, the review content is displayed on the page?
If the content is displayed on this test page, than please try to insert the same review short code into the “Default content” field of the tab type.Is there a free review plugin that you have tried that I can use for testing this issue?
Thanks,
Peter -
