I am using the pro version. There is no longer a settings page for WooCommerce Custom Tabs (unless it’s moved), nor are there rich text editors for tabs on the product pages.

I also disabled all of my theme customizations and even went as far as to try the generic 2017 theme. The custom tabs do not appear. The default ones (“Description” and “Additional Information”) do, but not our user-defined ones.
