    Failed in installation of the plugin “wp-related-items-pro”

    wp version 4.5.1

    error Message in WP panel:
    The plugin generated 3 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

    error Message:
    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home2/ahmed797/public_html/test/wp-content/plugins/wp-related-items-pro/wri-pro.php:1) in /home2/ahmed797/public_html/test/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1171
