Hi,
I’m trying to get related posts on for instance this page: https://victorvinum.nl/groene-druiven/
I can get it working.Jan
KeymasterHi Jan,
I don’t have information what kind of pages you want to display what kind of related items, what are your goals, what did you set up, what data would you like to use to create relationship (by common content, by common category, by manual binding, …). Are you using the lite or pro version?
First, please make the settings according to the documentation:
Lite: https://webshoplogic.com/products/wordpress_plugins/wp-related-posts-and-products-pro-plugin/
Pro: https://webshoplogic.com/products/wordpress_plugins/wp-related-posts-and-products-pro-plugin/If the settings are done according to the documentation and there are no results, you may set lower the threshold.
If it doesn’t work, please provide more information on the above questions and a send screenshots of the settings.
Peter

KeymasterHi Jan,
What does your last “Yeah” mean? Did you manage to solve something?
I logged in to your site, activated the plugin, checked the plugin settings, and found everything okay there.
Then I went to the YARPP settings page, I didn’t change anything there, I just saved the YARPP settings again with the “Save Changes” button, but I got this message: “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
I didn’t have access to your site’s log file, you should see what is the cause of this YARPP settings page error on your site.
I’m writing another email with private information.Peter
KeymasterI logged in to your site.
On the YARPP settings tab, I saved the settings without making any changes (just pressed the save button).
After that, the related items will appear.
Interestingly, yesterday saving YARPP setting caused an error message. I haven’t changed anything since then, but now the YARPP save function works on your site without any problem.
So saving YARPP settings solves the related items display problem. -
