Custom Tabs Pro License Key

I WooCommerce Custom Tabs Pro version 1.0.22 installed and I can’t activate my license. I’m using the API Key from from my order (as displayed on the License Key page) and the email address I used when buying the software. I enter the key and email, click save changes and when the screen refreshes both fields are empty and the License is not activated. Running latest version of WP.

i was just about to enter the key (wc_order…zx5FHn), but i get the message that the invalid request is.
do we need to renew the license?

Hello,
another understanding question about the license:
in the download area it says that the license never expires, so our question is why the license key is not valid?

Please deactivate the plugin on the plugins menu (not the license, but the plugin), and then activate the plugin again.
Then try to activate the license key, this will solve the problem.
