Hi!
We have fixed the error, and issued version v1.0.15.1.
This error does not occur in our environments, so we could not test if the fix has solved the problem or not.
Please download Woocommerce Custom Tabs v1.0.15.1 version from MY ACCOUNT menu, and install it.
We hope this version will solve the problem. Please let us know the result of it.
