Hi David!
Which version of the plugin do you use? In earlier versions there was a problem that some tab content is not saved properly, and this may cause this behavior.
I have tested this case in our environment with the latest v1.0.15.1 version, and can not reproduce this problem, everything worked fine.
You can download the latest version in MY ACCOUNT menu in webshoplogic.com.
Please let us know if the problem still exists.
