    Guys

    I have purchased the plugin. Im yet to activate the plugin. Here my question is when i activate the licence key in my development environment. After the development is over. Can i deactivate the licence key and use the different one to LIVE site . At the same im going to use it in only one site.

    Hi I have activate the plugin. When im trying to access the Purchase order , Purchase Quotation , sales order , sales quitation

    The complete page is empty. I can see “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)”

    main pages are not working at all. Please help me fix it ASAP. If you want i will send the admin details in email.

    It was a compatibility problem, we have issued a new release: 1.1.2

    Please update your plugin on your WordPress Plugins page, or it can be downloaded from My Account menu of webshoplogic.com

    Please let us know if this has solved the problem.

    You can activate your license on your development environment. When you go live, you can deactivate the license on your WordPress Plugins page of your dev site, then you can activate the license on your live site. You can also deactivate your license in My Account menu of webshoplogic.com

    Im planning to buy Report plugin too. Whether it will be compatible with latest versions.

    Yes, Filogy Report also has a new version (1.1.2) that is compatible with Filogy Finance.

    I brought the report plugin. But i’m facing this issue. Please help me to fix it

    There is something strange in the loaded jquery version.

    This Filogy Reports page originally loads jquery from here:
    wp-content/plugins/filogy-framework/modules/php-reports/public/js/jquery-2.0.3.min.js

    This jquery file has not have as many lines as I can see in your error message. So it is possible that another jquery file is loaded on your site, that is not fully compatible with php-reports that we use for generating the reports.

    Can you check where jquery was loaded from?

    One more thing if i install Filogy Invoice ( Free version) then entire Filogy Finance (Professional) is completely gone.

    Its really URGENT. Now Filogy Finance (Professional) key is not taking. When i gave the key its says invalid request. Please let me know whats the problem.

    Hi,

    Yes, the easiest way is to give wp admin and FTP access to us. Please send it on e-mail.

    Please do not run Filogy Finance and Filogy Invoice simultaneously. Filogy Finance already has the invoicing feature, so you do not have to use a free Invoice plugin if you use Filogy Finance.

    Yes i have sent the details in email. Please check all the issues

    1) Manual Journal Docs is not working. Its showing 500 INternal server error while saving.
    2) Unable to activate the plugin now. Its shows invalid request.
    3) Make sure invoice designer is working fine
    4) Please fix the report plugin too. Now it’s not showing anything.

    Please fix ASAP.

    Thank you for the login credentials, and your detailed description.
    Here are the answers:

    1) I login to your site and created and saved a manual journal document without problem (doc number is MJ00002). How the problem can be reproduced, e.g. what data have you entered when you got the error 500? (Or maybe the problem occurs with the old release?)
    2) I have activated the plugin on your site. I had to deactivate and activate a plugin again (not the license but the plugin). After it the license could be activated without any problem. This is a problem that occurs in some installations, we will fix it soon, but it is right on your site now.
    3) Invoice designer (the exact name is Doc Customizer) is working on your site.
    Earlier you wrote me, that “Doc designer also showing 500 internal error”. Since then the new release was issued. Now I cannot find any problem (I made a “TEST SKIN” on your site, set a purple border for the items and save the document skin without any problem). If the problem still occurs, please give me more information how can it be reproduced.
    4) I wrote you a privet mail about the Reports problem on your site. I need your permission (just an e-mail) to deactivate your other plugins on your site to see which one conflicts with Filogy Reports.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply.

    1) To recreate the Manual journal document problem. PLease do the following. Adding some Journal entries. You cant add the Post Dates. Without the post dates and when you try to save it shows 500 internal error. Now i can see all the entries you have created are just blank without actual entries.
