Hello Borislav,
We have never experienced and other users have not notices this type of problem yet, so it is a unique problem. We try to find the reason of it, please do the followings:
Can you send us more information about your hosting support said?
-What outside resource try the plugin load and from where?
-It is sure that the cause of the problem is an unavailable outside resource? Your hosting provider find a server log item about it? Please send this server logs to us.
-Which version of the plugin do you use?
It is strange that the problem occurs after 1 or 2 hours.
If you re-enable the plugin, the problem occurs again?
Please also ensure, that there are not corrupt .htaccess file in your server, and there is enough free memory, and the memory limit is high enough to run the entyre system.
Please answer these questions, and try to do and check the things described above.
Let us know the results of them.
