I looked at your site, the Google Results iframe is displayed, but the content generated by Google is hidden. Please check the settings in https://cse.google.com, and ask Google about this problem.
The look and feel of the searchbox can be differ according to your theme, so you can ask your site designer to apply some css to modify the width of the searchbox.
