    Hi,

The plugin is compatible with WP 4.7 and WC 2.4.12.

Unfortunately we have not got enough information to tell you what is the problem.

    Please answer the following questions:

What did you do when the tabs are disappeared?
Did you upgrade WP or one of your plugin? Did you changed any setting, or install any new plugin?
There should be a reason of this change.

Is Product Tabs menu displayed in WP Admin area?
If you edit a product, can you see the editor fields of tabs? Are they contain any content?

Please check all of your settings.

    Hi,
I’m not sure when the tabs stopped working. The last thing I did was updating plugins.

Woocommerce custom tabs menu is visible under settings in wp admin area.
When editing a product, the custom tabs are visible and have content.

    Thank you.,

    Hi,

If you updating plugins, it is possible that there is any plugin conflict with one of the new versions of the updated plugins.

I suppose you, that temporarily deactivate all of your updated plugins or all of your plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Custom tabs, and check whether the problem is disappear.

If so, please activate the plugins step by step, and check the tab after each activation.

This way you can find which plugin conflicts with WooCommerce Custom Tabs.

You can also try temporarily switch to another theme, if you updated your theme.

Please let us know what is the result of this procedure, and if you find any plugin or theme that is in conflict with our plugin.

    Thanks,
    Peter

    Hi,

I have tried everything as you told without any success.
Is it possible to check for yourself?
    Thanks,

    Hi,

We can see it ourselves, if you create a test server, on which we can see the problem and can change any settings and ensure us ftp access to be able to debug the problem.

    Is it possible?
